Since 2011 MIT Sloan Management Review and Deloitte have collaborated to research and report on the management implications of digital technologies. We take a close look at how organizations across the globe are using technologies to transform their interactions with customers, employees, and other stakeholders. Over the years more than 135 executives have been interviewed about what is working in their organizations, and what is challenging.
