Workplace culture

Organizational culture is like an iceberg; its most important components—values, beliefs, and reward systems—lie below the surface. Changing culture is therefore often substantially more difficult than changing business process or information systems. However, new tools today can help leaders measure and manage culture toward alignment with business needs.
